oh! yes my bugs its been exactly a year since I started writting here. A lot changed since then 2011 was and amazing year full of joy and unecpected goods! Hope next "blogging year" will be as good or even better. Wanna thx a lot everybody who read and comment. It's nice to know that someone out there likes what I'm doing here.

With no doubts she earned it! Happily married, made a huge succes with her new albun "4", no big event foux-pas looks georgeus on any red carpet, got Millenium Award on Billboard and pregnant (or as some said already with a baby)! What more could you want?

The most listened to song in my iTunes library: Beyonce- Run the world(girls), with over 1000 plays since propably May or June! Just love it! Right after with noticably less plays are Rihanna (laud) and The Rolling Stones.

Favourite YT Video- Nyan Cat it's annoying and anoying but less anoying that Rebecca Black's Friday and it's fun fun fun fun...

Best music Video- Run the World by Beyonce but also You and I by Lady Gaga it's weeeeird but somehow I love it!

Best movie of the year 2011- The Kings Speech (I know it's been reliesed in the US in 2010 but in Poland it had been in the cinemas since January so for me it's 2011 movie!

Best movie I've seen in 2011- 'Chity Chity Bang Bang', very old movie which I first saw whenI was little and it was best propably couse it remined me of that happy times of childhood!

Best TV series of 2011- PanAm and The Playboy Club, which i was looking foreward to see the next episode and they stop airing cuz not many people were interesting. And Now I will dye not knowing what happened next!

Best season of 2011- Gossip Girl! Can't wait to see it after break!

Book of the year- 'Last night at Chateau Marmont" by Lauren Weisberger, same who wrote The Devil wears Prada!

And that would be the end of Cookie Awards- looking foreward to see what will happen in 2012!

Countdown to Christmas: 5 days left!! "when it comes to dinner"

Actually 4 days and 3 hours!
Let's talk about meals!
When it comes to dinner there are several rules or rather guidelines that are being observed.
1. There should be one additional place empty in case of sudden guest. Some say that it is a place for God to come and sit with the family. Some say that it is becouse not all the people has where to go for Christmas Eve and noone should stay alone that special evening so it is like not- spoke-out-loud invite to join the table. And i have no idea what to do if the sit would be already taken and someone else would come, but I supose that if there is enough room we should welcome everyone who comes and asks.
2. There should be twelve different meals- as there are twelve months. Some specials that are being eaten just on Christmas are:
- karp- is a widespread freshwather fish of eutrophic wathers in lakes and large rivers in Europe and Asia
- Barszcz- soup made mainly out of beetrots- eaten with small perogi ( Iguarentee it's delicious and I'm waiting for this all year long)
- boiled souerkraut with mashrooms or pea

- compote made out of dried fruits, which is gross and I can't even look at it, but it is traditional so...
- makówki- it is Silesian only, or most common in my region- It's made out of finely ground poppy seeds, sweet white bread with some dried fruits like figs and raisins, boiled in milk with butter.

Countdown to Christmas: Polish Christmas traditions!

Hello my friends, so today is the19th of December which means that just 6 days left till Christmas! Or to bemore specific 5 days and 4 hours, cuz its already 8 pm.

Today I want to introduce you to Christmastraditions in my country (It might be not 100% of the traditions, it is differentin some parts of Poland).

Firstly it is very important to say that in PolandChristmas Eve is the most important day of all not Christmas Day. Through thewhole day, if there is no specific circumstances, it is allowed to eat just onefull meal.

Every family in every house is gathering together.Each of them is dressed nicely but not too fancy, it's not a party. When thefirst star appears on the sky they sit at the table, which is cover with whitecloth. Under the cloth there is some amount of hay- as a symbol of thehay from the barn when the Jesus was born.

Firstly everybody wish each other marry Christmas andadd some more warm words, breaking the wafer. They sit down at the table andread few lines from the Bible about Jesus being born and pray. Then they eatsimple dinner. When everybody are fed, there it comes caroling, means singingsongs about Jesus being born. And finally there is the happiest moment forkids- PRESENTS! There comes the time when children are allowed to go search forthe presents under the tree. It is usually that the babe Jesus comes while thefamily is dining in the separate room and puts the presents under the tree (Ibelieve some time in the past this story was more believable but it just lostbits and pieces through the years).

After the presents it used to be a great tradition, which I believe is still held in smaller towns, of going from door to door with some sweets dressed up (yes it is a lil' bit like halloween but just a lil' bit). The most common costiums were death with scythe, angel, someone holding the star of Belthlehem and aurochs (don't ask, what it is cuz I have no idea).

The most amazing part of the eveningis the mass in the middle of the night. It should start at midnight, butit depends of the church you will go to. And that’s all about Polish specifictraditions. Some would include the Christmas tree in here but nowadays is wellknown worldwide and originally it comes from Germany so I will not.

Sunday Gossip: Xmas is just around the corner my Countdown to Christmas series!!

Just 7 days left till Christmas!! I'm soooo excited. Really when it comes to Christmas I'm like a little child but i guess most of people is (at least I hope I'm not a freak).
what's sheakin'? Well I'm studying and not doing anything in particular. But I will!! i will surely cuz next month I have final exmas. well final for this semester. And there is a lot to pass. But no useless worries. It's gonna be fine as long as I won't start freaking out;)

Let's talk about Christmas. There is something in this season that makes you smile. It's festive and colorful. Usually it is a lot of snow in my town, but not this year. That's why it is harder to feel Christmasy this year for me. I've already decoreted a christmas tree and hang up all the decorations all over my room. There will be a seperate blog post on that. And thats how we get to another very important part of this sunday gosspis. My "Countdown to Christmas" series. Which will begin tomorrow. I'll try to post everyday before Christmas Eve. 1."Home Alone"- all the way! Why? It's simple. Since I can remember one TV channel has been airing it everyyear around Christmas. Last year when the directirate of the station decided to take it down people start protesting and sent some special petition to the menagement. Newspapers and internet were full of sentences like: "POLSAT(name of the station) killed Xmas" "Is that a joke?"The station was like bad Grinch who stole Christmas. As you can guess they put the movie back and in the last moment saved us all. I suspect that it was done ion purpose and got them even more viewers that usually.

3. In the Morning always in my PJs. I've got a very cute one w/ teddy bears.
4. Stupid question. Serieusly!
5. Christmas Eve after dinner

Sunday Gossips: still alive;), windy winter and no snow +Santa Clause is coming to my town!

Some of you may have a wrong feeling that I died in some terrible circumstances or got lost somewhere in the jungle. It's not true but i'm not surprised I'm totally failing as a good blogger. Not posting regulary, not having my camera with my when needed, don't have a pan and a piece of paper when I have some fabulus idea for a next post! i need to change that so I will make that my first new year resolution. They exist for a reason!
Let's move on to m\some more serieus stuff. It's December and there wasn't snowing at all!! Litterely no snow! And here I'll give you a lil' sneak peak of what was outside looked like two years ago this time!

Isn't that a little weird?? Sometimes i have thoughts that the seasons changed now on 4th of December is like it shoud be in the middle of November when as I told you before the roses were still blossom. (I get the feeling that most of my post consist of the description of what weather is like;) It has to change!) So to stop being boring I'll share a fabulus news with you guys! Santa Clouse is coming to my town 19 days earlier than in any other part of the globe!

The original Santa Clause was named Saint Nicolas and he wasborn in Lycia (Turkey). Nicolas was famous from he's generous gifts to the poor. But he was doing it anonymously so the poor people didnt feel offended and obligated to give something in return. That's why in polish tradition the presents are being left near the bed at night when the kids are sleepping.In 19th century Saint Nicolas lost his bishop's apparel and was pictured (in 1843) as a thick-belled sailor with a pipe in a green winter coat.
The picture of Santa Clause that is known nowadays- ticked -belly, red clothes and hat, long silver bird and a sack full of giftsliving on the North Pole was created by Coca-Cola in the 20.
In Poland this Santa Clause is coming with gifts on 6th of December. usually the presents are left by the bed or near the door. Sometimes on the window sill.
On Christmas Eve gifts are given by a little Jeasus or an Angel or a Starman. I believe there is more depend on the part of the country.

To believe or not?
That is even harder question:) The fact is that Saint Nicolas did live and was a greek bishop. But he wasn't immortal so he can't be alive which comes to a simple thinking that he doesn't exist. So Santa Clause as a particular one body man does not exist but the idea is still alive!
Personally I still believe that Santa is out there and he is giving presents to children.

i'm getting in the chrismas mood! Next week i'll decorate my christmas tree!

'Sex and the City' is one of the very few movies/series and books that I can watch over and over again without the satiation. All the caracters are soo... warm and kind to watch. NEW IN!!! Prepare for winter!

Some time ago I've been shopping in the thrift stores and look what I found!!

Sometimes you can came across some really great stuff. Like this fabulus vintage bag. It's brown made out of real leather. It's not demage it's just looks like someone use it a lot. This one has a key to lock it, so noone can robbe you. My granmother says it can actually came from the time between wars!!! or from the 50., but, she also says, it isn't just style to look like 50.

And now more winter shopping!

I saw them and grab them immidiately. In my country it is really cold during the winter and even that I have central heating it is not all the time hot and cosy at home.

And this is just a master piece. Light blue with some snowflakes pattern and small beads! Tottaly in love!

Tuesday is a new Sunday! Gossips: All Saint's Day, Cookie at the doctor and Statue of Liberty's 125th birthday!!!

Today in Poland we hold All Saint's day. At this day people are visiting graveyards, bringing candles and flowers on the graves and pray for the souls of people who passed away. It's not happy day at all. Sometime I'm wondering why it was established and by who? The main aim at this day is to think about death and people who are no longer living. I mean what? Special day just to bring back all the happy memories with people who died? For me it isjust very painfull. There is this visiting graveyards thing, but can't we go there in any other day of the year. During the holidays, when everyone prefer to lie on the beach and think about everything but not dead people. For me that is riddiculous that we need a special day to find time to think about those who were dear to us.

And now a scary story of Cookie meeting with her doctors!
Once upon the time, or rather last Tuesday, in the city of Katowice not so little Cookie felt very bad. She had a high fever, running nose and sore throat. She decided that she should see her doctor. So she woke up very early and she wait in the line for two more hours, so her doctor could do the X-ray, and sent her back home. the next morning very angry and sleepy Cookie went to the doctor again to see the results. The test came out that she is very sick and should stay home for the rest of the week. To make her evern better her doctor have her to see laryngologyst. So she woke up early for the third time this week and went to the cllinic. New doctor prescribe her a lot of pills and order to stay in bed for the whole week. But something was missing. By fridey poor Cookie was sitting again, waiting for her doctor to meet her that day. She forgot to ask the doctor for the sick leave for school. So she got one till next Thursday. Isn't that scary that Cookie so sick, was visiting the doctor for the four times in one week.

Last weekend the Americans were celebrating 125th birthday of Statue of Liberty. Soem time ago I was writting about her click. But what is more interesting- was she always green??I'm serious. I doubt there is someone still alive who saw this lady in 1886. And pictures taken in XIX and XX century were mainly Black and White so we cannot tell if the Statue was green or maybe not.

Halloween is where the spooky begins

Halloween is originally the celtic festival of Samhain (means "summer's end"). It was the most important day of scottich calendar, the time of stock-taking and preparation for the winter months ahead. It was also the day when, they believed, the physical and supernatual words were closest and magical things could happen. It is thought to have been influenced by All Saint's Day and All Souls Day of Christian tradition (1st and 2nd November) Also the name has it's roots in the phrase All Hallows Eve. Which is connected to the All saint's Day the next day.

In Poland there is no tradition of celebrating Halloween. As a Christian country we celebrate All Saint's day on Nevember the first. But lately specialy young people are dressing up and going out to the partys which take place in many clubs all over the city. The problem is that for most of them Halloween is just an occasion to dress up like a slut for school. And that is just sad.

What I like about Halloween are scary stories, watching horror movies and pumpkins! I don't carethat halloween is not a polish custom, makeing jack'o'lanterns is so much fun. Plus you can make some cake with the inside of your pumpkin:) And I looove pumpkin!

About the movies that is what I decided to watch tonight:
1408- totally scary, if you easily freak out then do not watch it, and do not read the book is even scarier

Final Destination- scary enough to make you freak out all the time for the month or two after watching. I don't want to go rollercaster anymore.
The Fog- it's just a little bit scary

Sleepy Hollows- scary but! starring Johnny Depp so its worth watching!

Halloween is the great occasion to meet with friends watch horror movies, tell spoky stories and eat sweets!

Eye liner!! thick thin and gorgeus!

Recently that is all make-up that I'm doing in the morning. Since I'm busy and have to go out really fast I don't have time for sitting in front of my mirror and doing all the fabulus shadows and so on. Eyeliner is easy and quick way to modify the shape of your eye make it even more beautiful and outstanding! Plus it is really fast to do! Sometimes I don't even use mascara and still feel good with my make-up!

Sunday Gossip: not much work, not much time suprisingly great weather

Hello bugz!
It's been... 4 weeks I suppose since I've posted the last Sunday Gossip. I don't have any smart excuse. I could say that my collage classes started and I don't have time... well, no thats not truth. Suprisingly I have time... many many hours of time to do whatever I want. It lead to... I don't want to write anymore... NO! Not writting would kill me. I think the problem is fall I fell just lazy and slothful. Yes my ladies slothful.

Most of my time I like to spent shopping or when I'm staying home i like to sit in my very cozy armchair, drink something sweet and hot, and read... everything starting with newspapers and magazins ending on my very uninteresting books for school ;). Today has been very good day for me. I woke up at 6 am. I know it is sunday why this girl is waking up so early. IDK! Just woke up and didn't wanna sleep anymore.
I went to my window and OMG... the sun is shinning there is no sign of fall... apart from the temperature which at 6:30 was 2 degrees (35 F). brrr. Nothing to do as it was Sunday morning I started cleaning up the mess from last night. Then at 8 I watched F1 race on TV as always on Sunday if only it is available. And I read as usuall some magazines that I bought but forgot bout them or just simply didn'y feel like read it.

I did my nails- got inspired by Marc Jacobs's polka doted dresses

Oh! and this is my mums cup which I gave her for bday some years ago its of course Marylin on it!

Lovely T-shirts: Tim Burton's nightmares!

I love Tshirts the larger the better. The blackest the better and the most fashionable as it gets! I was doing reserch on fashionista looking for some inspirations and OMGHHKP I found this T-shirt with Jack and Sally whiich is awfully cute! The real fun started when I type Tim Burton and clicked search!

Massive attack of jewelery, gadgets and propably everything with his artwork on it! There is even a pj's! Wondering if you have a nightmares sleeping in it!

But thats not the end there are hunderets of t-shirts and hoodies even a cake!

can you imagine this as your big sweet wedding cake! I love it!

School live!

Hi! Todayit’s been a beautiful Saturday In the Town. Despite of the fact that it isalready Oktober, it has been really warm like.. almost hot in here. The Sun isstill shining up in the sky. My first week at school is finished. Actually I’vegot only 3 days of classes which feels totally weird after 12 years of going toschool every day. Another big change for me is that I’ve never had classes inthe afternoon. It was always from 8am till 2/3pm. And this year… On Tuesday Ihave classes from 1:30pm until 7pm which is like crazy! It’s obvious that Iwill not stay in bed till noon so going to school I will be already a littlebit tired not so freshly woke up as usual. But apart from being tired I find myclasses really cool!

On my first semester I have a lot of interesting subjects onmy schedule such as: political science, economics, sociology, communication, linguisticsand journalism. But also philosophy and basic law! I can understand the ideathat it will be somehow helpful in the future, but still it is just boring and…I’d rather take another PE classes instead. Which is another thing I’m superexcited about. So in the Junior-high I used to have the swimming classes once a week. It was very tiring but worth thepain. So this year I decided taking swimming classes again on my PE hours! AndI can’t wait for it! My camera is still broken I hope it will be fixed soon becausethe most charming time in Poland begins- The Golden Fall. So far I’d leave you with some photos Igoogled. Like ten minutes ago I came across this, while reserching fashiolista!

and it remids me of that old memory games I used to play as a kid, The rules were simple flip the card over until you find a pair of same once and then you could take that pair away! Sometimes like here it happened that not everything had a match. And I thought: "Wouldn't it be great to have a memory game like that! With clothes, bags, shoes and other hats?" I would love to play that game!

Technically and astronomically summer is over, but unexpectedly in my region the sun is still shining pretty hard! there is no rain and no really cold wind as it schould be it's not that i don't like it. it is just weird cuz I'm used to rather bad weather. I already rearrange my closet which is now full of warmness but it's still to hot outside for those clothes. One thing that definatlely changed is that day is much shorter and there is no more warm at night! And whats better in summer that those hot, steamy summer night. After day full of sun and high temperature comes night still hot but it is less hard to stay alive. people are going out from the hiding. Streets are full of chattering people sipping colorful drinks (it's just my imagination don't thing about not drinking in public law;). I always dreamed about party on the beach with bonfires and dancing till dawn. (In my caountry we end up dancing till dawn inside the club near the beach cuz after 11pm it was too cold to stay outside). Anyway I got inspired by sun and sand. One and only color that is in my mind when I thing of them is GOLD! I love gold and denim for summer.

First Day at School!

Hello my lovely readers, today was the very first day at my university. There was a lot of organisation stuff so it wasn't an actuall schooling day. I didn't even have time to get to know my new friends! But so far so good! I hope it will be more fun with a lil' hard work not just hard work with a lil' fun ;)
But today I wanted to write how I felt at the VERY first day of school in my life.
To be honest I don't really remember what was happening all around me during the first day at school, cuz I was too scared and overhelmed by all the new. What I remember the most was how excited I was before school even started. I got a lot of new crayons, notebooks with colorful covers, lots of pages of paper to cut and draw. I remember sitting im my room for hours and putting it all togather into my pencil-case. It wasn't just once, I did it a lot. Many times looking through new books. Back then it was all easy and fabulus I felt an adventure in the air.
My grandparents bought me a little pink-green backpack. it was square, had three seperate rooms inside and a little pocket for school ID Card and other documents. It was just perfect for me I was packing it and then putting everything out over and over again. My mum also says that I was pretending that I was going to school right away even though it was the middle of August (school in Poland starts at 1st September).

In Silesia, the region of Poland that I live in , we have a really nice custom of giving children a goody horn. It looks like on the photograph on the right ->
It is usually as big or even bigger than the child! Inside the horn there is a lot of candy chocolate, lollypops and other super yummy things that children like best. Everyone are going to school with them. Mine was really havy full of sweets but I also found a pen and other school supplies inside.
Coming back to my first day at school. All first year students were asked to come to the front and that was scary, standing in front of the rest of the school. We didn't know each other. Over one hundred pupils were standing with me in a row (or maybe two;)) in the center of the biggest room I've ever seen that time. It was almost like in Harry Potter books but without the hat;). The headmaster was making a speech. We were told to which group we belong and who will be our class teacher. After the big ceremony me and my goody horn were taken to the photographer to take a photo. (it is not my photo on the right i foun it somewhere via Google). And when I finally went back home I went to sleep. All emotions fell down and I felt how exhousted I was. I should have known better that it will be like that for the next 12 years. Looking back it was propably one of the happiest days in my life.

Sunday Gossip: peacocks, school and broken camera

Hello everyone, it's been a long time since I put a "Sunday Gossip" on Sunday ;) I don't know why it is so hard! usually I don't do anything on sundays.
This week I was cleaning my closet. I packed all my shorts and tanktops since here won't be warm enough to wear them for the next 8 months ;) Yes my bugz it is pretty cold for most of the year in Poland. Doesn't mean I don't love here.Well, while I was cleaning one of the boxes, where i keep everything and never can find any paricular think, I found one peacock feather earing (its not real feather but it looks like one;)), the other one I lost last spring , it was very windy day and I didn't think that I can actually loose it outside ;) Anyway I went online to find some other. And of course wherever I would start I end up on fashiolista looking through everything tagged 'peacock'. There is a couple of things I found and I looove them!!

Another big news! Tomorrow my classes at the university are starting!! And I'm really excited to go there and meet new people, some of them I already now but there is always someone new out there!!! love it!

My camera broke last week and I don't know how long it will take to fix it. I'll try put more photos in the future!

Hi! Summerhas come and past… Fall broke into my house and decided to stay- for good.

Day isgetting shorter and one day you are realizing that it is no longer light whenyou come home. Most girls I know are getting depressed or just moody and cloudybecause of all the breakups from the past century. School starts for most of us.People are irritated still thinking about summer adventures. For most of themthe fun is over. But not for me.

Yesterdaywas the very first day of autumn, which I love for its colorful leafs and cosy sweaters,long scarfs and hats. Every season has something in itself, which makes itworth to love and celebrate, but fall seems special for me. I love Wintermostly because of Xmas time, but what is the best in winter- snow- is no longerbest if it melts and destroys your shoes. I love Spring because then everythingis waking up after winter and trees are blossom, birds are singing cheerfullyin the morning. Summer is great, mainly because of those two months of vacations,but sometimes is too hot and I don’t feel well. But Fall, there is nothing badto tell about fall. It’s the time when nature is getting idle and slows down.Leafs are changing colors and fall down to become an amazing piece of art. You canmake a small people out of the chestnuts. Nothing is gonna stop fun. In rainydays you can just stay home without pangs of conscience that it is so prettyday and you stay in. Play board games and drink hot chocolate without guilt.

Also fall fashion is amazing. Deep browns and caramels, nudes and hot pink.Cosy sweaters, too big and great to cuddle. Boots and over-knee socks justmakes me feel warm inside. Fall is that time that, as a kid, you can still playoutside wearing warmer clothes and grownups are not making you to come home. Theschool starts so you can see again your friends that you couldn’t see because oftrips theirs and yours. And parents never agreed to go somewhere on one termbut it’s always happening that you are at home and your best friend is with hisgrandparents by the

Betsey Johnson: she turned my world upside down!

Ok! So today for the very first time (or second actually) I saw Betsey Johnson Fashion Show on MBFWSS2012 and I fell in love immediately! Just see for yourself

Great huh??
I really like the mix of so delicate fabrics with havy necklesses huge earing and shoes which look like took from the strippers, big plus from me. And make up amazing colors: gold shadows and hot hot pink lips and at the end those sexy tights or was it just tatoo on the back of the legs... sexy! whole show was totally sexy and hot hot. But few models were, in my opinion, too skinny. Anyway it's propably my fav show on this years MBFWSS2012 so far! Almost as good as VS!

Sunday Gossips: Back from Camp plus Fall inspirations!!!

Hello everyone who thought I'm dead... Well I'm not. It was just summer. I went for 10 days to Zakopane w/ my new friends from my new school. This year I gradueted from High School and went to collage. People from my university set up an amazing camp in the mountains. It was AMAZING!!!! propably #bestsummerever so far, but I doubt it could get better anytime in the future it was just perfect. Meeting new people, party hard everyday till the morning, dressing up for a party! I'm still waiting for photographs from other people and as soon as I get them I will post some of them on my blog! I just realized that it is second time I wanted to write about something and I am unprepare. Anyway lack of photos couses many many problems.

Fall Winter 2011
Reading hudge amounts of magazines and browsing the internet at least I found 10 must haves in this years fall closet. But let's be more systematic and tell the story one by one. Starting with colors. This fall must haves are red, burgundy, deep blue, bottle green and emerald.

Another category is black&white.

Colors this fall are mainly dark and deep like every year but patterns go crazy. Check is everywhere on scarfs, coats but also on pants and dresses. Polka dotted clothes are still in. But check and dots are not enough for designers. Dolce and Gabbana made dresses with stars and even notes.

Dolce and Gabbana even combine pattern with glitters and voila shiny glittery dress with stars:

DIY: how to spend less on daily shopping

3. Lunch
4. Grocery
5. It was a bargain!!

Five most common shopping sins I've made in my life untill last sprong I found myself spending way too much. What to do? Should I work more? No way! Even w/o extra job I can barely find time for myself. So I decided to do what every smart psychologist would tell you- make a list!
I made it. Day by day I was writting down all my expenses. I propably looked funny standing in the line and putting everything on the list. Anyway it had been revield that I spend a lot on a little. Stasrting with a coffe in the morning which almost everythime came along with a sandwich or muffin for breakfast. Than lunch in the school canteen- as If I couldn resist buying something unhealthy. Then Grocery. I just usually drop into the shop, hungry, end up buying many many things, not really necessary. Last point is buying things like clothes and jewelers on my way home just becouse "It might be usefull in the future", "you never know", "I really like pnk today". Through the whole week I spent definately too much. "This is SOO over" I told myself I'm lucky to be really stubbor if I want something badly. It wasnt easy at all, but I did it!

No.1 No more coffe from Costa Coffe in the morning.
Now I'm makeing coffe at home, even when I don't have time to drink it there I'm taking it away in my special thermal mug!
Extras: I can fully enjoy drinking coffe in the coffe shop when I'm out with friends. It ferels almost as great as xmas!
Tip: buy coffe beans from your coffe shop and enjoy it. If you can afford a coffie machine than well you do not really have to go for your coffie in the morning!

No2. I'm eating breakfast at home and I'm packing lunch with me. It is not like in the movies but the cruel truth is hat we are living in the reality and reality is noone exept milioners can afford eating out every day!

Extras: I save a lot of money plus I can't be surprise by having something bad for lunch, I always have lunch with me so i can eat it anytime I feel like without waiting for it and stop beeing
hungry meantime. No I do not enjoy eating out. Meals at home or from home are much more tasty!!

No3. Writing on the post it what do I need and what is missing in my fridge literely save my life or rather money! It makes me buy what I really run out off No 10 extra packages of corn flakes
Extras: Saving money, time and no more bad food at home.
Tip: If you don't fancy writtimg on a paper you can use some of the apps like Google tasks, remember the milk.

No4. Stop buying things on my way home was pretty hard cuz usually I was going on the bus stop through one of the biggest shopping streets in my city. First thing I googled another way home same distance but nowhere near shop windows! plus I found really grat way to shop! Its a lil' bit complicated, but its working!
So first you have to save up money to go spree...
Day1- I'm writting down everything that I WANT to buy.

Day2- I'm taking my wishlist and looking through to see If I REALLY WANT IT! you know how it is one

That can be a must have!!!

day you're in love in pink, next in green...

Day3- I'm taking the list again looking through to see if I NEED this!
That is super hard but "you can't always get what you want" I'm also thinking about other expences.

A week later- watching the list again and then going shopping just for what I WANT+NEED+CAN AFFORD

Narrowing down step by step is not easy it hurts when you are conscious that you can't afford a lot of things but this is how a lot of people live. There is nothing to be ashamed of.

Extras: I don't have a closet full of clothes that i do not wear. I can buy other things more necessary than a new pair of black pumps. Not spending money right away but thinking I can go crazy on summer/winter sales plus If i had a really bad day I can go and buy anything I want even if it is silly and unnecessary, like I did on the day when I was supposed to get the results if I got into the university i was sick and tired of refreshing the site so I went shopping!!!
It doeasn't mean I do not buy stuff during the season, but I'm trying to pick more carefully. I also visit more thrift stores and there i always find intersting things "Someone's trash is someone else's tresure"

TIP: Do not do this right away do not change anything to fast. Let yourself get used to the new thinking. People do not like changing Although some changes are good and necessary. Do it too quickly and other a week after a week or two you will find yourself in the same spot where you were before

Movies- place where dreams comes true

I've just finished watching one of the most incredible movie I've seen so far. "The purle rose of Cairo" by Woody Allen.

The movie tells the story about clumsy waitress, called Cecilia, working in an ordynary gin mill in New Jersey.

Her life is not simple. She lives in the time of great depression in 30s. Her husband, however clams to love her, is bitting on her and yelling at her all the time. She escapes from the reality to the movies.

We met cecilia when she is starring at the poster adverising movie called "The Purple Rose of Cairo" in her local movie theater.

She is so fascinated by the actors and the plot that she gets fired from work for being more clumsy than usuall. She finds her husband with another woman at home. She is so desperate that she decides to go to the movies for the fifth time. While she is watching the movie really weird and unexpected thing is happening. One of the characters from the movie, Tom Baxter archeologist from Chicago, is speaking to her and then he goes out of the screen into the movie theater.

He tells her he loves her and he wants to live in the real world with her. Together they are leaving the room. They goes to an amusement park, which is closed, but Tom is really thrilled to be there.

While they are having a great time outside. In the cinema people are angry becouse the movie cannot be played without Tom Baxter. The director of the cinema, director of the movie and an actor Gil Shepherd, who played Tom are really angry and confused noone knows how exactly something like this could happened.

"The Purple Rose of Cairo" is a great romantic movie which everybody should see. It's a little bit like the old movies with Audrey Hepburn. You can watch it over and over againg hoping that maybe someone goes from the screen for you.

Those words makes me laugh really hard! How can you not know and j'adore Dolce and Gabbana or at least one of them. Well I hope I don't have to say why?

The company was set in 1985 but lets move back in time to 1958. It was very hot day on Siciliy. On exactly 13th August Domenico Dolce was born. His father was a tailor, Domenico was spending a lot of time in his workshop. after Graduation he moved to Milano to study fashion and designs. Stefano Gabbana, born on 14 November 1962 in Venice, never thought about becoming a fashion designer. He wanted to be a graphic designer. They met in 1980. And set up a business in 1982. Dolce and Gabbana lebel was launched in 1985, when they shown their first women's collection ate the 'New Talents' fashion show put on by Milano Callezioni. Two years later Dolce&Gabbana shown new collection inspired by Italian movie. Their designs were fresh, new, very modern I would rather say 'futuristic'. They also invented some new fabrics as strech silck and double transparent organza jersey.The milestone moment in their career was year 1990 when they shown their first men's collection. Next year they won a Woolmark Award for innovations in men's designs. Then the company expended to fragrances, handbags, shoes, swimwear, eyewear and jeans. In 2005 the world was trembled from rumors about Dolce and Gabbana split up.

They came back togather soon and there was a piece for a while. In 2006 they collaborate with Motorola and created Motorola V3i. The same year Gabbana, being in a gay relationship, spoke out against same-sex parenting which thrown gay community into a frenzy.
Dolce and Gabbana are well known from their controversial and agressive advertising. Do not mean bad. In 2007 they were publicly critisized for their advertisement showing a man holding a women to the ground by her wrists while other men were watching.

The adverisement was said to be humliating for women, illigal and benned. but other campaigns are pretty amazing. The most I like campaign for L'amour 6 starring Claudia Schiffer, Naomi Campbell, Eva Herzigova, Tyson Billou, Noah Mills, Fernando Fernandes. Another great campain for me is "the one" with Scarlet Johansson, whoI love and adore, and Matthew McConaughey, who I don't like becouse of his small appierance in Sex the city.

That's a masterpiece!!
Back to Dolce and Gabbana. In 2008 the world news said that Dolce and Gabbana split up. Everybody was thinking that it also means the end of such an amazing company, but fortunately Dolce and Gabbana stay good friends and the company is till on fire. The label is well known from its corset dresses, leopard print, and sexy sleek three-piece pantsuits.

Sunday Gossip: New room, Lady GAGA new video +woods and the rabbit

Hello everyone today is an amaing sunny Sunday at least it isn't raining in the town. And i've got some gossips for you!
Firstly as i mentioned before I had my room repainted and its amazing blue now. First idea was to paint it on the "smurf"color but there was no sucha color. instead i found really nice light blue. .
it's not done yet i'm thinking about putting some pictures on the walls. and then I'll show it to the world!
Another Big thing this week is new Lady gaga video You and I.

I love the song its amazing but... the video is weird as always and as almost always I have no idea what the video has to do with the lyrics but I didn't expact that from her. Anyway I like the part's when she is playing the piano and she is sitting on the piano dressed as Al Pachino in the middle of corn field !! im literely crazy bout it! and I love her hair turquoise!

On Thursday I was in my friend's place. She liveas in the area where is a lot of fields and woods. It was really hot that day so we decided to go for a walk into the woods becouse there was supposed to be colder. Well it wasn't wxactly colder but there was a lot of mosquitos. Awful, bastards! As you can guess, you 've guessed already of course we were bitten and now both of us has red spots everywhere, gross! And itchy! I'm alergic so its even worst. but apart from we were scratching all the time we help a little rabbit. While we were coming back to her place we saw a little ears in the grass so cute and fluffy. We 've already thought that it can't be the rabbit leaving in the forest it has to belong to some little girl who is now sobing becouse it's gone. So we decided to catch it and ask neibours about the rabbit. It turns out catching samll bunny is not so easy. After loong time and running all around after this rabbit I catch it! on the pavament. In front of someone else's house. The same moment I picked up the rabbit. I've heard: "Banana!" Yes boys and girls someone actually called the rabbit a banana. I'm glad everything ended well and rabbit or banana came back safety home to his little owner! I'm a rabbit hero!!ha! that's all for now I have a lot of things to do this week tomorrow at least I will go to the movies to see the last part of Harry Potter. yep i havent seen it yet! I'm really excited... Tomorrow about me being a big Harry Potter fan!

Big dreams about a glamorous world

first of all I have to make a confession, as much as I love the book, I have been reading The Devils wears Prada since November 2009. shame on me I know! Its mostly becouse I decided to read in english and two years ago i didnt know english enough to read fast and I have to check in the dictionary every other word it took a lot of my time and also was pretty exhausting. I'm still not done with the book Yesterday I was reading in the bus and I am an page 267 after almost two years1 yeah I'm harcore!But what I meant to write about today is the letter from the book:

I made a snaps so you could read if you didnt read the book.
So the situation is Andrea who works for Miranda is reading her mail to make sure that just really important stuff are going on her desk and she came about this. The girl, who is written the letter is fascinated by Miranda and her magazine, but what she doesnt know is how exactly all that glamorius life looks from backstage. The girl had no idea what a horrible person Miranda is for her workers and what a hard work it is to put the issue together. I don't know what happened to this girl but I'm really fascinated to find out!
Back to the topic it made me to think about everyone who I admire. Musicians, actors. models... It hit me like a bus that they actually have their own live, their own personality they are not like Jack Sparrow at home and they do not dance like Jagger all day long... Models do not eat anything normal to stay in shape, the gratest song you hear is being made in pain and sometime it just has to be done and noone has a slight idea on what to write. Not all of the admire people are so greate in reality some of them for sure are bitchy becouse you cannot run the world beeing constatnly nice and smile.
That was the second thought that I have. Is it possible that people think you are irrelevant when you smile to often in official meetings. I just think that nowadays you have to have a strong voice and more than one reason to keep your point of view. Everyone become more agressive these days. On one side they are smiling for the pictures and telling compliments but right after you turn back thay are set and ready to stab you with a knife... Ok that was maybe to strong statement but you got my point?
I had an opportunity to meet few girls like Anita from the letter, who can only think of being famous and meeting famous people, being on the covers and in the news. Usually, as in the letter, those girls come from small towns and villages where they (think) don;t have anything to do and noone will notice them there. What those girls dont know is that maybe they have something more than fame and money. They have this small village/ town atmosphere where everybody knows everybody. You can talk to people on the street becouse they have time. Right near house they have a big forest or meadow full of bugz... that is incredible not a red carpet full of Louboutin stilletos and Versace gowns (however great). This is the real world, when you can hear the birds singing (?) in the morning. But unfortunately really few people can appreciate what they have. We always want somehing more and bigger and better and always thing that what we have is not enough... But we should always remember that not all that glitters is gold...

DIY: 18 ways to be Eco-friendly in 5 simple steps

Today's post will be about ecology and different ways to become eco-friendly and save many!
Following simple five steps you can become super-eco-friendly. Our conscienceness about eco-systems is really small. Many people have no idea what they are doing wrong some of they don't even know that they are doing wrong at all. So little people are paying attention on what they are doing to the world. Here I gave you 5 steps small and doesnt require a lot of work but can do a lot to the world and your wallet. if half of the world were doing those things everyday it would be much better and our world woud be more beutyful and safe.

STEP 1 Save Energy- saveing energy is not only good for your finance but also reduce the amount of wastes produces during the process of making energy!
- plug out all the electronic devices that you are not using like a battery charges, blow dryes, hair steightner and so on.
- use energy-saving lightning bulbs instead of the usual one, they cost a litlle more but it will save a lot of energy
- remember to always turn off your computer when you are not using it and also other appielances when you are leaving the house
- turn off the lights when you are in the other room

STEP 2 Save Water- its really important not just becouse you have to pay the huge bills becouse you shower for half an hour but also it reduce an amount of wastes and water which has to be clean again in special places :) which requires a lot of energy
- turn off the wather when you are cleaning your teeth
- firstly pour wather into the sink and then clean your face
- wash dishes all in once

STEP 3 Grocery- usually people going grocery shopping after work and they forget about a lot of things
- Buy things as little packed as possible
- Choose products packed rather in carton or boxes than foil or plastic bags
- Make/buy a fabric grocery bag do not use plastic bags
- buy yourselve a filtered wather bottle read more buy here

STEP 4 Save The Woods
- buy recycled paper instead of brand new it is cheaper and it is made from already used paper which is just awesome!!
- sign up for e-bills If you haven't yet it will reduce amounts of paper used on sending bills to your home
- If it is possible print on both sides and use already printed pages to print something new on the other site ONLY IF YOU ARE NOT PRINTING SOME IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS!

STEP 5 Sort Recycle Reuse and Rebuilt
- throw out your garbage wisely: sort glass, paper, plastic from each other it makes it easier to recycle

greenbean cans where I keep all my pens and other stuff as you can see

- use things again, collect jars and keep in them flour, rice, sugar, coffe anything thats how you can save money on buying special packages, use your imagination to decorate them somehow unusual
- if you have the possibility do not throw out your organic wastes just make a compost out of them and treat your flowers with that it will make them even more beautiful and stronger it is like a vitamins for flowers

Sunday Gossip: Double Sunday +Cupcakes on my nails!!

hello people wondering why I'm posting Sinday Gossip on Monday? Yeah I know... But it is still Sunday here. Seriously... its technicly Monday but we have free day today so its like Sunday isn't it. So it a longer weekend and double sunday cuz of a Christian holiday which is a free day in a whole country. Yesterday first Barca game this new season 2-2 with Real Madrit in Madrit. In two days they are playing again in Barcelona. So becouse today is a fgree day I did everything what I like to do on Sunday! Sleep long watch Breakfast at Tiffany's for a hundert time drink morning/afternoon coffe and catch up w/ magazines . and I did my nails! that was an extra activity! but this is sooo cute! So I found this tutorial on Youtube

Designer of the week: Marc Jacobs

Everything what Marc designes, become epic and irresistibly desired. It is a real phenomenon in the fashion world. For almost 15 years he is a creative director for Louis Vuitton and at the same time create his own brands: Marc Jacobs and Marc by Marc Jacobs. He is well known from his controvertial ideas. He likes break the rules and surprise the audience. When everybody where makeing clothes in "safari" style Marc shown very feminine collection. Models where actually going on the runway through the gate made of 450 tousands of roses. He was even called a new Andy Warhol!
People loves him anyway and will wear everything he will come up with.

Born in 1963 in New York City Marc grown up in New Jersey with his mother, sister and younger brother. Graduated High School of Art and Designs in New York City then Went studying at the Parsons School of Designs also in NYC. While studying at Persons in one year he won three great awards:
- Perry Ellis Gold Thimble Award
- Chester Weinberg Gold Thimble Award
- The Student of the Year Award
Still studying he designed his first line of heand-kit sweaters for Rouben Thomas Inc. Then he start designing for Perry Ellis.

His first Collection bearing Marc Jacobs lebel came out in 1986. Year later, as the youngest designer ever, he won CFDA's Perry Ellis Award for New Fashion Designer. Few years later he was awarded once again by CFDA this time with The Womans Designer of the Year.

In 1993 he and his creative collaborator and buissnes partner Robert Duffy were fired from Perry Ellis after producing a highly "grunge" collection. about this time they formed Jacobs Duffy Designs Inc (which continous to this day).
In 1994 Jacobs produced his first menswear line.
In 1997 he become the creative director for Louis Vuitton. And he created the first pret-a-porté line for Vuitton.

This year CFDA awarded him with a Goffrey Beene Lifetime Achievament Award!

Marc is loved by celebrities and have become a celebrity himself! He is on the covers of magazines as Marc Jacobs the men not clothing, not the brand.

He also took part in very controvertial campaign of his own perfumes BANG by Marc Jacobs.

Kids are the future: dress them properly!!

Everybody are talking about new collections for men and women. Everyone are amaze by movie stars and celebs wearing Versace on the red carpet. But what about the kids?? Why noone talks so much about the kids! They are the future. Every little boy have a chance to become next Johnny Depp, and every little girl can replace Miley Cyrus some day. The chances are huge. So today it's gonna be all about kids... Kids FW Campains to be more specific.
so lets get started with my favourite this season: ZARA

I love this pink/red double buttoned coat, silver shoes and the fur, the fur is awesome!
While my serching I came across this:

The company is called CLOSED and this is the first time I've heard about it and I'm pretty impressed. The fabrics and designs are great. Not to classic but still really down to earth. And I really like the colors. Nudish but w/ some pops here and there. I like it in here that those kids are pretty messy. But good messy they are not "done". Next I decided to chose is Burberry that means a big contrast with "messy" those kids are not messy at all.

I would even say there is a little make-up involved... but it's lovely. Colors and never dying checked pattern.
And another time something less classic... H&M Back To School collection!

I love H&M and I'm totally in love with every collection they came up with!!! No more words needed.
Next campain is United Color of Benetton FW 2011 Kids and Teens there is seperate one for toddlers witch I don't really like plus this one is a little bit differen that what I'm get used to but just see and jugde ;)

Sunday Gossip in a stormy MONday: room redecoration, red lobsters and Aurey Hepburn!

Hello Hello everyone. I was missing for a couple of days. firs excuse: I had a small redecoration in my room (I'm pretty sure that I mentioned it someday;)) Second excuse: I was again in the coutry. Later about my room, lets get to the trip. It was a spontanous decision I made cuz I was terribly exhasted after cleaning up all the mess. The weather turned out to be amazing. Four days of sun. No clouds on the sky. Now its raining again and I'm glad that I decided to go out the town for last weekend and catch a little sun. the problem with catching the sun is that I can really get tanned. I got burned faster than I get tanned. I have to watch out for my skin not to get red like a lobster. It looks really bad and it hurts! My sunbathing is pretty complicated than just- lay down on the beach. First I have to put on A LOT of sunblocker at least 20 SPF but 30 SPF is better. Plus remember to repet the process every hour. More important I cant lay on the sun between 11am and 2 pm when the sun is higher on the sky. when I have to go out on a sunny day at noon I have to wear long sleeved shirt or long dress. Its great that nowadays you can put on almost everything and noones laugh if you wear long skirt ;)
It's all cruel and I don't like it but I don't like even more when I look like a red lobster and my body hurts. I burned myself last year when I was by the see. It was really nice day and the sound of the waves adn birds and... I fall asleep. Stupid! I will just say it was terrible...

Look! it looks like some kind of creature eats the cloud on the right!!

Lately I'm totally obsessed with Audrey Hepburn. Begining with Breakfast at Tiffany's which I happened to watch over and over again. but also every other movie starring Audrey is just BEST!!!

All actors in the old movies are much more... they have more "muchness". Actors like CGary Cooper, Gregory Peck, Steve McQueen, Audrey Hepburn, Angie Dickinson, Marlon Brando... seem to be much better than those who we can watch at the movies nowadays. Anyway I watch too much movies becouse of the bad weather. On the TV the forecast guy is still saying thet the sun will shine soon. But how long is soon? Becouse in the film industry it is sometimes even half a year!

Sunday Gossip: Rain keeps pouring down...

Since last Saturday... day by day... it hasn't stopped raining even for a minute... it's depressing. I mean c'mon it's middle of July it can't rain so hard. So there is for sure something seriously wrong with the climate But I'm not a climate expert and it's not the weather blog...
What I wanted to write about is 6 ways to spend such a horrible rainy day like today. The best is to stay in bed as long as you can if you didn't have to go to work.

The rest of the lazy, rainy sunday you should spend with your best friends. Treat yourself with some cookies full of carbs or chocolate cake, which for sure will ruin your figure but who cares if there is sooo bad weather. Eating chocolate stimulate your brain to produce endorphins- happy hormones, which makes you smile more often.

GO TO SPA!! Or make your own in your bathroom. Light up some candles, play your favourite relaxing music and take a looong bath.

Read your favourite book. Most of people keep saying that they don't have time to read books becouse they have too many things to do. Which is not always true but it works as a grate excuse ;) It's raining there is no excuse! if you don't like books then see a movie the best for bad mood works Audrey Hepburn.

If you have to leave home wear your favourte clothes, add something colorful like a yellow umbrella or wellingtones and listen to your favourite songs. In such a horrible day you can even sing along "Umbrella" with Rihanna and Jay-Z, as long as people around you can stand it!

Amy Winehouse found dead in her apartment in London!!

Last time I've heard about Amy was about month ago. She was suppose to be part of ARTPOP Festival in Poland, then her concert was called off, becouse of her health problems. And just few minutes ago I found a NYTimes News Alert that she was found dead in her apartament in London last night! Only 27. Noone knows why she died. But I will bet it was becouse of her drug addicion. Police doesnt want to tell anything so far. I dont consieder myself a fan of her music but I thing she was pretty good singer and really pretty girl.

she reminds me of an old fashioned girls I love her big messy hair and those fabulus black eyeliner wings which I never can do right. And her huge nose so fittable to her face. Try to imagine this kind of nose on someone else... teriible. I'm schocked! Iknew about all her issiues but even though I just can't belive that it happened. It's like a dream or very not funny joke.

Designer of the week: VERSACE

Hello again my friends! It's been an awfully busy week for me but I did it! I got into University of Economics!!! I'm soo happy! Sorry for not publishing for the whole week (or was it more??) but I was totally freaked out and well I wasn't in the mood for writing.
I decided to start writing about designers who are somehow important for me or had a huge impact on the fashion world. I've got inspired by Uptown Twirl, she has posted about "bloggers of the week/ month" (I dnt really remember). Anyway for todays post I've choose VERSACE and to be specific Gianni Versace. It has been 14 years since he died.

Gianni Versace was born on the second of December in 1946 in Reggio Calabria, when he grew up whis his brother Santo and sister Donatella, their mother was a sewer. He always wanted to be a designer. As a little boy he helped his mother and watched every step of the work in her workshop. He lerned how to sew, making rag-dolls from small pieces of fabric lying on the flor. He design his first dress at the age of nine and sold his first own when he was seventeen. After that he design his own line of summer clothes under his own name. He was travelling a lot to London and Paris for shopping and also watch other designers and learn from them. In 1972 he moved to Milano and start working for Ezio Nicolas, it was a landmark in his career. His very first independent line appeared in 1974. It was called Complice. The first collection under the brand Gianni Versace was shown in march 1978, that when the company was founded.

Gianni though that art and fashion are same, thats why some of his works were conciedered as a kind of exhibitionism. He was influanced by Andy Warchol, Ancient Rome, Greek and modern abstract.

He also designed costiumes for theaters and movies. All his works were full of colors and full of live. He started making clothes for somebody not just anybody. His fashion stopped being annonymous, it expressed individuality of people.

From 1982 his company started to design jewelry, accessories, apartments, home furnishing items, everyday objects, and porcelain. In 1988 Versace started distribute perfumes world wide.
My favourite scent is VERSACE Versence, I got it two years ago as a xmas gift and I'm in love

Coming back to Gianni. It was for sure very hot summer day in Miami beach, Gianni was coming back from a morning walk on Ocean Drive. It was 15 July when he was shot dead in front of his Miami Beach mension by Andrew Cunanan, serial killer who commited suicide a few days later. Versace's body was cremated and his ashes returned to the family's estate by the Lake Como (Italy).

Sunday Gossip: The Statue of Liberty, vintage earings, yellow obsession + Happy Birthday Uptown Twirl

Hello everyone, another sunny sunday here! And I have another portion of gossips for you! Yesterday I was wondering why The Statue of Liberty looks like that. I mean why isn't it a guy sitting on a bar stool?? No offence to anyone I was just thinkin' why some french sculpturer(?) made her like that? So the easiest way to find out was to google this. And I found some interesting facts.

And The Statue of Liberty just in case you don't know what Lady I'm talking about.
1-Frédéric Auguste Bartholdi- thats the french artist who design and made (I think with help from someone else) The Statue of Liberty
2-Liberty Leading the People- the painting, which inspired Frédéric
3- The face and the mother- he made the face based on his mothers
4- Love affair- the body was "took" from his maîtresse

I just saw those gorgeus earings at Fashiolista and I fall in love with them. You can buy them here. There is also full descreption of them. What I do love about them the most are those small rocks and orange beads dangling above. And of course the pretty lady is amazing. And the picture is so detailed.

And I'm officialy obsessed with yellow right now. No matter what it is if it's yellow it's good... that's what I recentlu found and I'm in love!

Seriously the weather is awful it has been raining for 5 days now. I'm done with it i decided to break the boredom and dullness on the streets and today I draw yellow from my closet! It's a perfect sunny color for bad weather!!

No toothbrush and no warm clothes

Heyyy everyone I'm back from my lil' holidays. and OF COURSE I forgot the most impostrant - the toothbrush! I was meant to pack it in the morning after I brushed my teeth... well I didn't. I bought an extra one just for travelling. but it wasn't the worst. Apart from the toothbrush crisis the weather broke down and I don't know how but I didn't take any warm clothes. No sweater ar sweatshirt just one cardigan. I don't know what I was thinking. I AGAIN didn't have the most important things but 3 bathing suits ;))
The climate in the village is really weird. It is not farer than 40 miles from the city (70 km.) and it's completely different there. When it's cold it is really cold and the wind is blowing horribly and when sun comes out it is really strong and you can feel its burning your skin literely. The worst combinate combinate is when the sun is shining and the strong wind is blowing, then you can't feel that your turning into a red lobster. That's how I burned my ears. (ears I would never thought that you can burn them on the sun)- that's called an epic fail of the year.
Anyway I had an amazing time. Just me and myself. I've cleared my mind I thiught through some things I had to. I was sleeping till 11 o'clock and going to sleep at 10pm. like never. whole week I was just lying on the grass and I didn't have to worry about anything! I had milk, butter and eggs straight from the farm, fresh bread everyday from the small bakery in the town and ofcourse so many fresh fruits as I wanted from the garden in the backyard.

So in the Nowheresville there is the Royal Castle which used to be a part of polish defensive system, protected the western border in Silesia state. It is known as Egles' Nests. There is a ruined castle:

Sunday Gossip: Packing is fucking annoying

And YES! I know it's too early for "Sunday" but I'm leaving tomorrow morning for a lil' vacation. So quick summary of past few days. The weather broke down there are clouds everywhere but still is kind'a warm. Anyway I spent whole day on packing today and I end up with one large suitcase which is honestly too big but I can't help in that situation. I just NEED those stuff. It's always a problem what to pack. Usually it turns out that I pack large amount of things which I haven't used once and I always forget about the most important things like SPF cream last summer (TG you can purchase them everywhere). This time I was more prepered...
So I'm going to the countryside. My granny has a small house in the middle of nowhere ;]. I'll stay there till next Sunday. There is no internet connection, and even if the miracle happened and I would be able to have an internet there I don't want to it's my small holiday so I just wanna be there with myslef and noone else including Facebook, Twitter and all that jazz. Of course I could preper few post and let the computer upload them instesad of me. But I like writing them when I feel like and It will feel fake for me so I won't. But I will work on some new pieces. Recently I have SOO many ideas that I don't know where to start ;)
When I'll be back I will tell you all about my trip and also how to pack everything you need. And for know I'll leave you with few photos from last summer- grass and bugs. Till next time.

Mystery Man of Bookstore.

Reffering to the last post- Bookstore- my second recently favourite place (first one will always be a shoe store ;]). There are many bookstores in my neighbourhood. I have my two best, where I usually buy books. First is "empik" it is propably the largest bookstores chain in Poland there are at least 3 of them in my city that I'm aware of ;)

What you can find there are of course books (including my favouite section with original books), music, movies, games, every major newspapers from many countries not just Poland, magazines including those from abroad (but I dnt know why they are more pricy, you are made to pay couple bucks/pounds/euros more than it's write on a cover- maybe it includes shipping or something;]). But you can aslo purchase there tickets to the concerts and festivals, stationary, things necessery to painting (pictures, not walls;]) photography, a lot of posters, toys and teddy bears, some chocolate bars and cookies. So being there you can make pretty nice gift for someone. Before I'll tell you about my second favourite bookstore (which is not exactly "bookstore") I wanted to tell a story about a guy in a bookstore. In "empik" there are many places when you can just sit and read if you have time, noone made you actually to buy books you can read them there sitting on a couch ar rather really comfy bench :). There is also a place for children and even a cafe. But what's the point? I'm visiting this bookstore really often, not always I'm buying something usually I'm just checking the shelve with english publications hunting for something interesting;), and what's really fascinating everytime I'm there since about a month, on the floor, near the bookcase, a small man(not tall at all he looks rather like my friend in juniorhigh) is sitting, and reading books. It's not that he is reading, but everytime he is siting on the floor. Firstly I wanted to talk to him and ask: why? But then I decided not to cuz it's a great mistery, and it will not be intersting if found out: who is he? It's like smiling to the same boy on the subway everyday at the same time and never ask his name. It's not so important what his name is and profession. Then the story will have a completely different meaning. It will not a strange little guy sitting a the floor of the bookstore reading A BOOK. then It will be Steve, a plumber, sitting a the floor and reading "Gone with the wind". Not so atracctive isn't it?

Bookstore, which is not a bookstore??
Yes! It is actually a secondhand shop, where you can buy i.a. books, but also many other things (I bought there my sunglasses click. ;)). Books as you can imagine are old and some of them in a really bad condition. In spite of how they look like, you can find there really nice titles, which are not necesseraly available on the market. Secondly I just loove the smell of books I like reading them thinking who else read it. It is not hard to buy new book read it and just put it on the shelve. I like exchanging books (some of them). Getting rid of books is really hard, while you reading you become attached to the characters but also to an actuall book.

Some years ago there was an idea of leaving books anywhere so someone else could find it and read it, but the major rule of the game was not to keep books, whch were found, for yourselve. I'm pretty sure that it starts somewhere on the collage campus. I found once a book on a bench firlsty I wasn't sure if I'm not stealing someone elses property, but took it. and read it and I also left it somewhere. That was exciting still I have no idea if anyone left it there on pourpuse or accidentaly. But it is really nice idea. What do you think?

Under the bed!

Hello everyone today I'd like to intriduce you to my favourite place in my apartment. I deceded to to this before I will have a redecoration. I'm about to paint my walls and maybe change something a little bit ;) So here it is the place that I spent most of my free time. There is qute a mess but I thought that it will be more natural to take pictures how it really looks like. And I'm a really messy person.

So I put my armchair under my bed. My room is really small and just becouse I don't have bed on the floor I can have an armchair bookcase and the table at the same time. So those are shelves where I keep all (almost all to be honest) books and magazines. There is also the table with a small desk lamp (maybe it's not "cute" or sophisticated but I need light when I'm reading! on the table there is usually glass and some water or a cup of tea in the winter.

oh! and I have there also dried roses which I have been collecting

So here you have my favaourite armchair it's huge wide and really cosy. Originally it is red but I cover it up with an overlay to better much my room.

But what I like most are my pillows. The most I like the one with two Teddy bears on it It's so cool and I found it in the thrift shop so they cost almost nothing. Tho one with the harts was originally a big napkin and my grandma sew it! <333.

And my collection of COSMOPOLITAN and ELLE which for now I can keep on two pretty small shelves ;)

Recently I'm obsessed with the Shopoholic books by Sophie Kinsella. Now I'm Reading Shopaholic Abroad and I just love it, it's hilarious from the first page! and the cover is cute1

Cluch- small thing that makes you smile

Cluches are small pieces of accesories which can be more expensive than rest of your outfit together but, they all are worth it. I'm not using cluches a lot becouse they are to small for me and sometimes I'm wondering what actually women put into their cluches and how they can survive party without so many things that you need and they do not fit inside the small wonderful masterpiece. but stick to the topic.
The most desirable are of course cluches design by Alexander McQueen.

I always wonder if it is comfortable to put your fingers inside those four holes??

I love those with british flag on it. Specially the black studded one.

Next very sophisticated, elegant and classic, fashionable year by year are Chanel one

However McQueen's cluches are amazing Chanel are timeless my favourites lately are the colorful ones

Especially if the color pops I like to wear it with black or white outfit.

Even if you can't afford to buy yourself this small wonderful you can always rent it for one nite and have a great time on the party!

They dressed down and up half of Europe. Now they came to Poland!

I always enjoyed watching Trinny and Susannah TV show. It seems to be more honest than any other makeover show. They are more honest than any other TV host. They are hugging people, pat their buttcheeks and crying with them. And all that despite or maybe just becouse their past, which was not always so perfect.

In June issue of ELLE Polska was an article about them wrote by... a GUY!That's called courage. Author, on the begining, is writting how much time did he spend in his closet trying to chose proper outfit for the meeting.
When it comes to talking about Trinny and Susannah what seem proper is talk about everything from the begining.
Both of them were born in wealthy families and went to the private schools where they both had problems. Trinny, or rather Sarah (cuz that is her real name), for the first time was sent home becouse she cut off her friend's hair. She changed schools, had huge complex to the point of her acne. She had problem with drugs and alcohol, but she was strong enough to deal with it (and her parents had money ;)). She become a secretary, but it was her parents, who were paying for her neverending shopping.

Susannah also don't have good memories from school and still clames that it was horrible time. She dated son of Princess Margaret ( the younger daughter of King George VI and Lady Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon).
They met almost 20 years ago. They knew they are solmate when they talked to eachother for the very first time. Firstly they wrote a column about fashion for "The Daily Telegraph". One day they were proposed to do a TV show "What not to wear". They decided that insted of talking bullshit about fashion better would be just grab someone from the street and tell people what not to wear, change their closet and also attitude.

Trinny is not afraid to say that she barely has breasts, as one of a few celebrities she is openly talking that she would never look that good without having botox twice a year. She has her own chef, who is prepering her meals from fresh and organic products. Her dinner on the set of polish edition of What not to wear contains of beets and to be specific few tiny-tiny pieces of beets just beets. Well that's why she is in size what? 6, 4 or maybe 0?
Susannah says she has to big butt, but she doesn't make a big deal about it. And that, they say, is 80% of their succes. To believe in yourself and accept you as you are. "Beauty is inside you no matter how you look." They teach woman how to be confident and just laugh about your imperfections.
And for me that's what is best in them!!!

Sunday Gossip: Wave of heat is incroyable today!

Oh! It's so hot in my town these days nothing can help: sipping water or rather drinking it constanly, eating
ice-cream, cold showers... I should propably close myself inside the refrigerator. Seriously the heat is amazing. I always liked summer couse it was time for me to rest from school. But now that I haven't been at school for six weeks it stops being time for relax I'm already relaxed enough to do something! I still thinking about what can I do during my big break. If you have any smart ideas feel free to comment I'd really appreciate that.

I wanted to share with you picture I found here. and I'm absolutely in love!!

I don't know why exactly but It has some kind of magnetism. I can't deny that both of them, Johnny Depp and Kate Moss, are absolutely beautiful, but it's something else. Annie Leibowitz pictures where always inspiration for me all her atrworks (cuz they are not just usual pictures) are incredible. First what cought my eye was Kate's eyes. I noticed that it is actually Johnny Depp few minutes after staring at the photo and even though I wasn't sure about that (I googled ;] )

I have to wait until 30th June for my exam results. I'm not nervous but a litle bit anxious about that. I don't know if it will be enough to get into the university. I wish it will. Today I spent nice afternoon in the park near my home. I actually wrote that piece sitting on a bench ;).
My life is turning to be really calm and without the hassle. Sometimes I feel like in a movie ;). But something really weird is happening recently. Yesterday I woke up at 6:30 in the morning. Today at 4:50 am! that's not how it should be when I have time to sleep. I have no idea what's wrog. And what's more I'm completely rested. I think if it will happen again I should see my doctor.

As much as I don't like to walk in the park I enjoy spending time there just sitting on a bench and looking at people and specially, as much as I don't like them, kids. Maybe it's becouse I'll never be carefree child who still is chaseing dreams and believes in all that fairytales (I still believe that Santa is out there). I'm becoming sentimental is that wrong?
Anyway, on 1st June, which is a Children's Day in Poland, my Mum let me chose what I wanted as a gift, even though I'm 19, so I choose books. I think I really should catch up on my english specially now when I have so much time. So in a bookstore I went straight to the bookshelve with foreign books and I picked up "Sex and the city" by Candace Buchnell (I don't think I have to explain why;]) and then I spoted it! Red hair, white face, fancy hat- guessed?

Mad Hatter! Exactly this book above! I thought that if it is a Children's Day I can get a children's book.

That's popably all for now. Yes I know my post are awfully long and random.
Don't get me wrong I love the fact that sun is shining from 4:30am till almost 10pm

Rihanna: Man Down- People demand to stop airing the video

Few months ago someone sue her for twitting "cunt". She's been on the covers of propably every magazine. Everyone are talking about her no matter if good ar bad, everyone knows her. On the 2nd June the Rolling Stone wrote about her just relesed bran NEW video for her song "Man down" Parents Television Council, the Enough is Enough campaign and entertainment think tank Industry Ears want to stop airing the video. Rihanna Claims that the video and the song, is ment to encourage female empowerment. Her critics sees the video as

"a dangerous revenge fantasy that sends the wrong message to young women." As we all know in 2009 Rihanna was attacked by Chris Brown, her boyfriend at the time.

And what you are thinking about that song and the video?? Is it really dangerous for young women?

Ringing ring

Ring! In Math it is an algebraic structure which I cant understand. For me it is the oldest piece of jewelery. Appearing through the history as the symbol of power and authority, as talisman, symbol of faithfulness and love and at last as great accesory to our outfit. Rings was appearing during the history on finger of the richest and most powerful people as Kings and Popes, barons and bishops. Ring was an object of desire of many poor people to whom was it the greatest thing in their world. One day the ring become a symbol of love. People till today are giving rings as gift to person who they love to express their endless faithfull honesty and devotion. In Church during the ceremony of mariage men and wife are exchanging rings as an acknowledgment of their vows. It is an important object in the tradition.

Recently it become less valid and more available for everuone. Rings cropped up in clothing stores.

Buying ring in the Jeweler lost it's charm when we can get them in every other shop. Load of people are

hand-making jeweler including ring. You can even make one for yourself at home. Only need to buy a set

to make jewelery. Even beautiful ring aren't so magical and special as hundred years ago. What's more

nowadays rings are huge we can choose from a variety of shapes and colors. You can wear your fav animal

on your finger

or adorable objects as keys, crowns, bows or even chocolate!!

If you really want you can carry your city on your finger

But what I like the most are rings with big shiny colorful rocks!!

Sunday Gossip: Barca too hot for United

Yesterday was awful, rainy day. I had planned to go for a Bolliwood party, and celebrate that I finished my classes and passed the last exams this week, but it didn't happen becouse of the rain and cold (the party took place in the street). But! Yesterday didn't turned out to be so bad at least. In the evening I watched the final game of UEFA Champions Ligue at Wembley. (I was home, game was on Wembley ;)). Barca vs Manchester. One of the best games I've ever saw! Rooney scored as I thought, Barca won as I thought, what's more the game ended with an exact same score I thought. Am I medium or sth.

There was a little celebration after that and when the sun rised todays morning the weather turn to be really nice. It's still a little bit chilly but the sun is shinning. NO MORE RAIN that's what count ;).
If it's about today I entertain myself watching F1 race from Monte Carlo. I love this place I wanna go there some day for holidays.

But about the race... There is really little place the streets are tiny compare to the other racetracks which couse a lot of accidance. Yesterday one of the drivers had had an accident and today another three of them had which just make me think who the hell let them to drive there? It's ridiculous those people could die. Our life is too fragile to expose it in so stupid way.
For the end If you still riding it... ;)... I had a question what can I do staying in the city during four months of summer and nothing on my mind? Any ideas?? I'd appreciate your help

Exhibition for Chernobyl Children's Project (UK)

Yesterday I recieved a message on twitter from Darren Nisbett. He's a creative photographer who's working on an exhibition of his artworks called Chernobyl's Zone of Alienation, witch takes place between 1st and 31st July in Rhubarb and Custard gallery in Eton, Berkshire UK. The profits from the exhibition will go to the Chernobyl Children's Project. For more information visit his site Darkoptics.

The nuclear accident occured on 26th of April in 1986. An explosion and fire released large quantities of radioactive contamination into the atmosphere, which spread over much of Western USSR and Europe. It is considered the worst nuclear power plant accident in history. The concequences of the explosion were huge radiation, destruction and pollution about 150 000 km square (about 57 000 miles square). The demages can't be propably counted till now. From 1986 to 2000, 350 400 people were evacuated and resettled. Till today noone knows how many actually died becouse of an explousion. According to the doctor's report 10 000 people died from thyroid cancer, 50 000 from leukaemia, 10 000of children were born with deformation 5000 of embryons were destroyed. But of course those are just numbers which are for sure higher. Twenty-five years after the tragedy children are still being born with cancer and disabilities Twenty-five years after, radioation near Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant is still enormous and noone can live there. It looks like a gost city from movies, but it's 100% real.

Established in Manchester in 1995, Chernobyl Children's Project helps children from Belarus whos sickness was an effect of Chernobyl disaster. CCP (UK) provide month long recuperative holidays for about 250 children in the UK and also organises summer camps in Belarus. They also deliver convoys of humanitarian aid, purchase medicines for hospitals in Belarus and support Children's Hospice Movement. But what is the most important is they help children who suffer from leukaemia or are disabled. If you can make a donation do it here.

Billboard Music Awards: Pillows, glitters and tears

On Sunday 22th May in Las Vegas at MGM Grand took place Billboard Music Awards 2011. The list of winners you can check here. But I think noone passed such an amazing occasion to celebrate! What I like from the event was Rihanna and Britney pillow fight, Fergie dress, eventhough I dont't really like Justin Bieber his jacket was amazing and of course Nicki Minaj no matter what!

What I dont like... Britney with Nicki Minaj I love Britney no matter what, I know she is not singing live cuz she cant. But for God sakes couldn't she even learn herself how to pretend more reliably?

My NO 1 was without doubts Beyonce.

I was crying for the first and then for the tenth time when I was clickin' play again over and over again on You Tube. Everything was amazing! Her hair, dress (or rather outfit made from few pieces of metal;)), song which is amazing, her smile, moves or honesty... She maybe is not my role model but indeed she is inspiration for many women.

MOVIE: Pirates of the Caribbean on stranger tades!!

Today I end up in the cinema and saw the new part of pirates!!!

Here they came!!! Everything started on May the 7th in Disney World, which was shut down for the event!

It was propably one of the biggest premier in a long time. And for sure the biggest I've heard about. Everybody were, and still are talking about the new pirates who attacted cinemas on May 20th. But before they took over Cannes for one day. Big press-conference with actors and makers, But what really impressed me was Penelope's Marchesa Gowns.

It's hard to decide which one was more beautiful

The fourth part of an amazing adventures of Jack Sparrow and his crue... or not his exactly this time. Did I just tell a lil' too much? Sorry guy's but it's really hard not to talk about something which was sooo amazing. I'll try to focus on things not soo importent for the whole surprise in the plot ;). So firstly as we all know new part was made without Elisabeth (Kiera Knightley) and Will (Orlando Bloom) and I think it turn out to be better w/o them. I never was a huge fan of them and for me they do not have enough children inside to play in that kind of movie. On Stranger Tades is more pirate and for me funnier. I just loove the hatred between British and Spanish people (no offence to any of you I live Catalunya and Oxford Street ;)). Of course what got me most in the movie was Jack Sparrow, less Captain than in the previous parts but still a leader w/o whom everything will be impossible. But also Penelope found herself in the movie, frankly I expected more spanish parts;), Angelica is as devious, deceptive and passionate as Jack.On one hand they make a perfect couple but on the other... NO!! They are too much same. Ok let's get back to main topic. There appear a lot of new caracters besides Angelica, her father (or maybe not father) Blackbeard (Ian McShane), Phillip (Sam Claffin) - young full of faith man, Serena (not van der Woodsen, as many girls said in my row when her name came up ;))- mermaid played by really adorable and sweet young french actress Àstrid Bergès-Frisbey, and Scrum (Stephen Graham)- a pirate serving on the Queen Anne's Revenge. They are all amazing and I totally love the movie and for sure I'll come back to the cinema and after I'll buy DVD I will watch it over and over again!!!!

Today will be a lil' about where I live.. my lovely city called Katowice.
It's situated in the south of Poland...

Right where the yellow star is!!

I loove this place I don't wanna go anywhere else, this year I'm supposed to choose collage and I could go somewhere else but I want to stay where I am cuz it's sooo great to live here. So There are a lil shot's of the city...

this is the main teater in my city where I was couple times with my school, it is really common to visit teater during classes in here.

that is one of few shopping centers it's situated near the main market.

that is the main market and I love it mostly cuz under those umbrellas ladies are selling flowers and it's soo amazing place.

the street where, latly, many parties and happening are being held, it's comletely new and renovated

here you have the view of the market from the other site ;)

that's how most of buildings look downtown where I live. Some of them are renovated most of them no, some are even ruined and noone is takin' care of them.

and this is a monument commemorating three big silesian rebellions in the begining of XX century.

Even if downtown is not really high, we don't have a lot of really high buildings, it's charming and sophisticated. /There are loads of cinemas and theaters all around and also many museums and art galleries. I like spending time just walking around city becouse you never know who you can meet and what can happen to you!!!

And what's happenin is an amazing springtime begins in my city. Today I saw the big race in Barcelona. Maybe ypu will think I'm crazy but I love F1 races and this one was pretty good!!

As it is Sunday I decided to watch Breakfast at Tiffany's in the morning and catch up with magazines as I always do on Sundays. The weather is amazing at least is warm and sunny I can wear shorts and light febrics witch feels pretty amazing. So I spent really nice today... Hope you too...

Recently I've been crazy bout Lady GaGa, but to be honest it wasn't actually love at first sight. Frankly I hated her. Till now sometimes her outfit freaks me out

specially those shoes, super high and unbelivably weird.

Sometimes She looks normal which in her case is weird, but I love her much more when she looks simple and fabulus

If it's about her music, then It's almost always great. I don't really like Alejandro but maybe it's just cuz one of my teachers in HS has her song as a ringtone...

Young Fashion Photographers NOW!

Since Blogger deleted one of the FPFWP posts last week I decidet to upload it again. Nother reason why I'm doing it is that today I was supposed to tell you guy about "Luxury and beauty Polish night" in Cannes but it was terrible and I'm deeply ashamed of my country. It looked more like full of vodka party of people without any class. And I'm suprised why polish people are suprosed that foreigners think that only thing we can do is get drunk. So I'll just skip this terrible mistake. And I will upload the deleted post about the exibition which took place while FPFWP. Precisely between 4th and 8th May.

During FPFWP went on also a competition called Golden Thread. Apart from the awards for young designers, Dawid Tomaszewski, great polish desiner, presented his new fall/winter 2011 collection, which I'm totally in love. See...

And those two dresses I just can't resist.... It's a masterpiece

ON AURA TOUT VU- brand was set up about 16. years ago by two bulgarian designers Livia Stoianova and Yassen Samouilov. They are making clothes jewelery and accesorises for their own collections, but also for famous fashion atelier as Lacroix, Dior, Givenchy. They shown their collection as an opening fro FPFWP. on 5th may 2011 in Andel's Hotel.

Tommorow the best show from FPFWP that I saw.

Sunday Gossip over coffie

Hello bugz...
so today is a really lazy day. It's rainin' the sun is gone so I don't have a lot of energy and motivation to do anything bright. W/ my BF we are catchin' up on Gossip Gril, which I couldn't watch cuz of my final exams, but today is the right day to do so. She brought some muffins so it's pretty unhealthy :) but sweet. This week I was in the new opened trift-shop and I bought the most amazing sunglasses Evar almost for nothing.

The recipe I have was written by Fannie Farmer the lady who lived in XIX century. She wrote a really famous cook cook "Boston Cooking-School Cook Book". Usually I do not cook becouse I just can't I would have to train a lot and I dnt have time for that, but... I can bake and make pancakes thoose are one I made for vallentines day with craberries and chocolate, just amazing for good valentines breakfast. Have a nice week bugz!!!

P.S. I have to boas a little. Today I passed my final exam for 100%.
